AV 18AX NaceCare Walk-Behind Extractor

With large 18-gallon tanks and a 3/4 HP Traction Drive Motor (Self-Propelled), the Avenger AV 18AX can tackle even the biggest commercial job. Lightweight and easy to transport with the upper and lower tanks detaching into two separate units

Other key features include rotationally molded polyethylene tanks and an easy-access removable spray bar with twist-off jets.  The powerful 1.8 HP, three-stage vacuum motor provides 135-inch water lift and 95 CFM of airflow while the 130 PSI pump allows for a variable flow rate up to 1.2 GPM. The variable flow rate coupled with an adjustable vacuum shoe and brush pressure allow it to be used for both interim maintenance and restorative cleaning.

Efficient forward motion with Traction Drive allows upwards of 4000 sq.ft./ hour to be cleaned - three times the rate of pull back self-contained units.

With the optional patented onboard “Smart Kit,” the pump can be used as an automatic pre-spray system with the chemical injected downstream (of the pump) so only water flows through it, preventing any buildup.

The Smart Kit ensures no mixing of chemicals is required and the dilution is always correct. It also allows the unit to be used in “low-flow mode” for interim cleaning and faster drying times.

Its efficient forward motion allows upwards of 4,000 sq. ft. per hour to be cleaned, three times the rate of pullback self-contained units, while the lockdown vacuum shoe ensures consistent pressure and excellent soil recovery at all times .

TRACTION DRIVE SELF-PROPELLED 

The AV 18AX is a Traction Drive Self-Propelled carpet cleaning extractor, equiped with a powerful 0.75 HP motor, one of the benefits of using a Traction Drive self-propelled carpet extractor is productivity, cleans more carpet area with comperison to a standard machine, traction drive carpet extractor are ez to use and will reduce operator fatigue. 

The AV18 AX is a self-propelled machine designed to clean very large areas of carpet. It washes, brushes and dries a stripe of 20 inch of carpet, moving forward with adjustable speed, cleaning up to 6458 square feet in one hour. Its high-waterlift vacuum system allows to recover the maximum quantity of dirt from carpet and to get a shortest drying time. The differential of the driving motor allows the machine to turn without effort, giving it a good manoeuvrability even in narrow areas, as for example in corridors. The pressure of the rotating brush can be adjusted, according to the type of carpet. The water-flow can be regulated, for a maintenance low-moisture cleaning or a restoration deep-cleaning. 

OPTIONAL CARPET PRE- SPRAY SMART KIT 

A pre-spray of a concentrated chemical solution is usually recommended before starting cleaning. The extended contact time of the chemical assists the removal of dirt from the fibres, therefore achieving better cleaning results and reducing the time spent on the subsequent cleaning operations. 
Sometimes the pre-spray is done using manual or electrical pre-treatment devices, which are separate and extra machines. Nacecare has developed the SMARTKIT, a patented device that allows the pre-spray process to be done by the same machine used to clean.
During the pre-spray process, the sprayed solution is very concentrated. This provides the appropriate quantity of chemical, without overwetting the carpet.
Thanks to the machine pump’s high performance, the operator can pre-spray surfaces very fast. Because the operator can use the complete solution tank for the pre-spray, a greater area can be sprayed and time saved by not filling up separate portable pre-spray devices.

OPTIONAL WATER HEATER

Add optional HEATER to your NaceCare carpet cleaning machine. Heated deep cleaning heats up water quickly for fast removal or dirt and grime. Features conveniently mounts to the rare of the machine. The optional HEATER comes with a hi-limit thermostat for the safety of the users.
